I love that wood tone, and the contrast of the handles. The revealed grain is AWESOME! I’m so glad you had replacements for the brass.

Wow, great save! I was wondering, do you come across 'repeats' of pieces you have savede before? Since you had the exact pulls in your stash... it could be interesting to see a 'I found another one of this, but my taste/skillset/method of refinishing has changed so I want to do things diffently this time' video😊

The new hardware is perfect. Added to the all black wash, every original detail comes together. Also, totally appreciate the attention to cleaning! Why go to all that work and then install dirty drawer guides and an ugly backing. With all your TLC, one would never know that this was a roadside find.

Another couple of pieces to blow me away....the grain and how you can showcase it is amazing...thankyou for the Taco and bunny love too...always an extra highlight... I had a bunny and a kitten here for a long while, the bunny was a "long eared guinea pig" come vet time as they are illegal in this state ( in Australia )... they were so playful and loving towards each other and towards me...all of us on the couch watching TV etc....fond memories
